Meet Zulhelmi, our dedicated Farm Supervisor, who began his journey with us as a farm operator. With a passion for agriculture, he learned everything from setting up infrastructure and fertigation systems to harvesting crops—starting from scratch! Before joining our team, Zulhelmi worked as an IT technician, earning between RM1,200 and RM1,500. Today, he’s thriving in his role as Farm Supervisor, with a salary of RM2,000. We’re proud to support his growth, including SKM training certification and further training opportunities. Zulhelmi’s story is a testament to hard work, dedication, and the incredible opportunities available in agriculture. Keep shining, Zulhelmi!

“Hi, I’m Narendran S. Kiniseng, and I’m excited to share my journey with Xin Tong Seng. Growing up in a family of ten siblings, I’ve always valued hard work and perseverance. My career began with a contract job in piping, earning RM1,200. I then joined Xin Tong Seng as a farm operator, where I’m currently earning RM2,000. This role has ignited my passion for agriculture, and I see it as a fantastic opportunity for personal and professional growth, especially with the chance to earn my SKM certification. Challenges & Aspirations Working under the hot sun can be tough, but I’m determined to push through. My goal is to become a contract farmer, mastering the cultivation of chili, rockmelon, eggplant, pumpkin, and okra. I’m optimistic about the future and look forward to celebrating the rewards of hard work, especially the bonuses that come with a successful harvest! " Narendran is definitely our valuable asset.
